Description
The City of Quincy is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑call demolition services for municipal buildings and projects as directed by the Department of Public Buildings. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, and related materials, and must comply with Massachusetts prevailing‑wage requirements. Work will be awarded on a project‑by‑project basis under a competitive sealed‑bid process.
• Scope includes complete demolition of municipal structures, including hazardous material handling, site cleanup, and disposal.
• Contractor must be capable of rapid response on an on‑call basis and must have the necessary certifications and insurance.
