Helifire, LLC

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to enter into a single source agreement with Helifire, LLC to procure Controlled Burns Ignition Spheres. The purpose of this procurement is to conduct controlled (prescribed) burns as part of state forest management efforts to reduce hazardous fuels, fight wildfires, and prevent catastrophic wildfires events. The contract is expected to run from the date of execution through June 30, 2027. • The commodity required is Dragon Egg Ignition Spheres. • The estimated contract amount is $49,140.00, with a maximum of $100,000.00. • Helifire LLC is the exclusive U.S. distributor for Dragon Fire products and is the only distributor capable of fulfilling large orders as required by the Florida Forest Service. • Prospective vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to supply the commodities or contractual services described.
