Description
The City of Mableton, GA is seeking qualified consulting firms (or consortiums) to provide comprehensive transportation consulting services under an on‑call, task‑order contract. Services include strategic transportation planning, program and project management, capital improvement planning, grant identification and administration, staff augmentation, engineering and technical support, multimodal planning, safety initiatives, and intergovernmental coordination with Cobb County and other agencies. The contract will be awarded to one or more firms and will be used on an as‑needed basis to support the City’s evolving transportation program and long‑term infrastructure goals.
• Scope covers strategic plan development, program management, CIP development, grant sourcing, and staff augmentation.
• Deliverables include strategic action plans, program management plans, capital improvement programs, funding strategies, performance dashboards, safety assessments, multimodal plans, and SOPs.
• Required expertise: transportation planning, engineering, grant management, project management, and experience with Georgia‑specific funding mechanisms (SPLOST, LMIG, etc.).
• Contract type: on‑call, task‑order; multiple firms may be selected for different task orders.
