The City of Mableton, GA seeks a qualified employee‑benefits brokerage and consulting firm to manage, analyze, and improve its municipal employee‑benefits program. The contractor will provide independent recommendations, transparent compensation, and responsive support for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and voluntary benefits, while assisting HR and Finance with administration, cost‑control, compliance, and strategic planning. The engagement is a one‑year initial term with the possibility of up to four one‑year renewals, subject to performance.
