RFQ - Transfer Pump and Motor #2 Refurbishment and Installation

The West Travis County Public Utility Agency (WTCPUA) is requesting quotes from qualified vendors/contractors to furnish one replacement vertical turbine pump and motor, related appurtenances, delivery, installation, and field service support for Uplands TP #2. The replacement motor shall be compatible with the existing vertical turbine pump installation and shall meet or exceed the motor performance and component specifications listed. The scope of work includes furnishing and delivering the replacement motor, verifying compatibility with the existing pump, providing field service support for installation, reconnection, start-up, and warranty commissioning, and providing documentation including motor data and product data. • The motor type should be an induction motor for vertical turbine pump application • The horsepower should be 200 HP • The frame should be 447VP Frame • The enclosure should be TEFC enclosure • The voltage, phase, and frequency should be 460V, 3-phase, and 60 Hz • The synchronous speed should be 1200 RPM • The minimum efficiency should be 94.5% • The rotation should be counter-clockwise rotation • A non-reverse ratchet is required
