Description
This RFP seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive, year‑round turf management and related landscape services for four county‑owned golf facilities in Palm Beach County. The work includes mowing, fertilization, irrigation, equipment maintenance, clubhouse and parking lot landscaping, custodial services for restrooms, and lake/wetland stewardship. The contract will commence on December 1 2026 and run for a five‑year term, requiring a robust staff, specialized equipment, and the ability to meet strict county and environmental standards.
• Scope covers Okeeheelee (27‑hole), Park Ridge (18‑hole), Osprey Point (27‑hole) golf courses and John Prince Golf Learning Center.
• Services: turf mowing, aeration, fertilization, pest control, irrigation system upkeep, equipment repair, clubhouse/parking lot landscaping, restroom custodial duties, lake and wetland management.
• Mandatory pre‑proposal conference and site inspections on September 30 2026; attendance required.
• Contract value expected to be multi‑million dollars over 60 months; bidders must be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service system.
• Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation and local‑preference requirements apply.
