Description
The State of Michigan is soliciting vendors to provide catalog envelopes for license plates (MS‑ENV‑10). The contract will require vendors to answer specific criteria regarding turnaround time after proof approval, printing location (in‑state or out‑of‑state), price hold period, and relevant experience. Deliverables must be shipped F.O.B. destination, inspected, and accepted by the State, with strict penalties for non‑conformance. The State retains ownership of all packaging and requires full warranty, indemnification, and compliance with Michigan laws.
• Provide printed catalog envelopes for license plates
