The State of South Dakota’s Unified Judicial System is seeking a vendor to design, develop, and operate a secure court transcription solution for the Sixth Judicial Circuit. The solution must ingest multi‑channel audio recordings, generate high‑accuracy transcripts (minimum 95 % accuracy), provide a web‑based request and payment portal, and meet stringent NIST/CJIS security requirements. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with the possibility of up to three additional renewal years. • Ingest ~110‑120 hours of audio per month (≈ 35 transcripts/month) from 5 judges and 4 court recorders across 13 counties. • Deliver transcripts via a secure electronic portal, supporting standard, expedited, and occasional same‑day turnaround, with correction of any inaccurate transcript at no extra cost. • Provide a fully encrypted, role‑based system hosted in the continental United States, complying with NIST 800‑88 data‑sanitization and CJIS standards, and offering integration options with the existing FTR 7.7 system.
