The U.S. Southern Command is seeking a small‑business firm to provide a complete ergonomic workspace‑furniture modernization solution for three mission‑critical rooms at USSOUTHCOM headquarters in Doral, FL. The contractor must design, remove existing furniture, procure, deliver, install, test, train, and warranty a suite of sit‑to‑stand workstations, chairs, conference tables, monitor arms, storage units, and related accessories, all under strict security (TS/SCI) and compliance requirements. The effort is firm‑fixed‑price with a tight phased schedule, requiring completion within 120 calendar days of award.
• Provide design & space‑planning package, complete demolition & disposal of legacy furniture, and full installation of motorized ergonomic workstations and supporting furniture.
