The scope of work consists of replacing the current Accounting & Financial Reporting Software, implementing all applicable modules, migrating existing data, and training specific County staff. The successful proposal will include appropriate security safeguards, backup, redundancy, and disaster recovery to maintain a minimum of 99.99% availability.
