On-Call Pre-Employment Screening and Physical Exam Services and/or Annual Occupational Health Services

The Port of Portland is seeking a qualified medical services provider (or consortium) to perform on‑call pre‑employment screening, physical examinations, and/or annual occupational health services for its Police, Fire, and Communications Center personnel. The contract may be awarded for up to five years, with a ceiling of $2 million per year, and will be task‑order based with no guaranteed minimum volume. Providers must be licensed to practice medicine in Oregon and/or Washington, operate within 30 mi of Portland International Airport, and have CAOHC‑certified hearing‑conservation capability.
