Description
The Brighton Area Schools are seeking a qualified contractor to design, furnish, install, test, and commission a new secondary well system for Hilton Elementary. The scope includes removal of existing pump equipment, installation of a new duplex alternating pump controller, new 4‑in. water main tie‑in, associated valves, backflow preventers, pressure tanks, water softener, irrigation pump, brine tank, and all required plumbing and electrical work. The contractor must obtain all permits, coordinate with other trades, provide shop drawings, perform testing and inspections, and guarantee workmanship for one year. • Provide complete plumbing and electrical installation for a new secondary well (approx. 400‑ft run). • Replace existing pump controller with a duplex alternating controller (model EN32‑480‑29.5). • Install new 4″ check valve, shut‑off valve, back‑flow preventer, pressure tanks, and related piping. • Perform all required permits, inspections, testing, and final certification. • Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams; site visit required before bid.
