Gwinnett County seeks a single vendor to assume and expand its county‑wide merchant‑processing platform starting January 1 2027. The contractor must provide credit and debit card processing, e‑check handling, and managed‑service‑fee programs for all County departments, deliver brand‑new PCI‑DSS Level 1 compliant terminals at no cost, and integrate with the County’s existing systems (Civic Plus, Accela, iNovah, Oracle Fusion, UMax/Paymentus, Bluefin). Comprehensive support—including 24×7/365 helpdesk, rapid senior‑engineer response, annual PCI reviews, and full transition assistance—must be provided without additional fees, and all transaction data remains County‑owned. The contract is initially one year with automatic renewal up to five years, subject to termination clauses.
