International Representation for Canada

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is seeking a company to provide international representation for Canada. The selected company will be responsible for creating awareness, demand, and a sense of urgency in booking Las Vegas as the preferred international destination for leisure travelers. The scope of work includes representation and management of the account, sales, travel trade, public relations, and marketing efforts. The company will be required to provide a minimum of two dedicated, full-time public relations representatives and two dedicated, full-time travel trade account representatives. The contract will be for a term of 36 months, with the option to extend for an additional two one-year periods. • Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in Canada • Creating and implementing marketing and sales strategies to promote Las Vegas • Providing public relations and media relations support • Managing and maintaining a detailed database of client contact information • Providing monthly reports and updates on activities and progress • Collaborating with the LVCVA team to achieve marketing and sales objectives
