The State of West Virginia Department of Education is issuing an open‑end Request for Quotation to procure a cloud‑based testing platform that will administer three social‑studies assessments (8th‑grade West Virginia History, High School U.S. History, and High School Civics) on an annual basis. The contract will be a one‑year base term with up to three one‑year renewals, and the vendor must provide implementation, licensing, ongoing support, and integration with the state’s SIS (WVEIS) and Office 365 SSO.
