Master Developer - Glenwood Resource Center

The Glenwood Redevelopment Corporation (GRC) is seeking a master developer to redevelop the 245-acre Glenwood Resource Center campus site in Glenwood, Iowa. The site is located near the Omaha/Council Bluffs metropolitan area and has a diverse terrain with rolling hills and scenic views. The master developer will be responsible for making the site "shovel ready" by shutting down existing utilities, demolishing buildings and infrastructure, and constructing a new utility spine and street through the site. The developer will also be responsible for creating a new neighborhood with a mix of residential, commercial, and open space uses, incorporating principles of walkable urbanism and open space neighborhood design.
