Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Eastern Colorado Health Care System (RMR) is seeking a vendor to provide ScriptPro Remote Access Software across multiple VA locations. The contract will cover licensing, installation, configuration, ongoing support, and compliance with federal Service Contract Act wage determinations. Vendors must demonstrate capability to deliver secure, reliable remote access solutions that integrate with existing VA IT infrastructure and meet all applicable labor and benefit requirements.
• Provide ScriptPro remote‑access software licenses and perpetual or term options.
• Install, configure, and test the solution at all listed Colorado VA facilities.
• Deliver user training, documentation, and 24/7 technical support.
• Comply with Service Contract Act wage rates and related fringe‑benefit mandates.
• Submit a complete proposal by 09/09/2026, 2:00 PM MST.
