Description
The City of Baton Rouge / East Baton Rouge Parish is soliciting sealed bids for an annual contract to supply bulk oil, storage tanks, and associated monitoring systems. The contract will establish firm unit prices for materials and services, with quantities estimated only; actual purchases will be made as needed throughout the contract year. The base term is one year with the possibility of one or two extensions, subject to mutual agreement. Vendors must be registered in the City’s Vendor Self‑Service system, provide proof of any required occupational licenses, and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations (including environmental, labor, and cybersecurity requirements). The bid must be submitted in sealed form by the bid opening date, and all questions must be submitted in writing during the inquiry period.
