Description
The City of West Des Moines is seeking a qualified firm to redesign and modernize its primary public-facing website. The City is looking for a modern, accessible, mobile-first website platform that improves public access to City information and services. The selected firm will provide website redesign, content management system implementation, hosting, content migration, training, and ongoing support services. The project includes discovery, planning, and information architecture, website design and user experience, CMS, integrations, hosting, and security, content migration, training, and launch, and ongoing support and maintenance. The City requires a responsive and accessible experience across mobile devices, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers, with support for WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards at launch.
