The University of Minnesota is seeking proposals from qualified responders to provide crowd management and guest services for all Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA) venues and events, as well as 24/7 security services for Huntington Bank Stadium. The contractor will be responsible for providing a turnkey project proposal, including all phases of the project, and for executing a seamless transition of services. The contractor must provide trained personnel for various specialized roles, including access control, crowd movement, high-sensing areas, security and safety, and facility integrity. The contractor must also provide equipment, maintain an updated inventory list, and develop and implement a robust credentialing system. • Key responsibilities include: crowd management and guest services for all ICA venues and events, 24/7 security services for Huntington Bank Stadium, providing trained personnel for various specialized roles, equipment management, and credentialing system development. • The contractor must work closely with the University Authorized Representative on all operational aspects, including staffing levels, and must provide comprehensive operational reports. • The contractor must also conduct quarterly operational reviews with ICA to apply "lessons learned" from this and other high-capacity venues.
