The High Desert Education Service District (HDESD) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide statewide implementation support for Oregon’s 2026‑2032 STEM Education Plan. The contractor will develop a 5‑year implementation roadmap, facilitate monthly STEM Hub network meetings, draft a shared measurement framework, create communications materials, and deliver a mid‑year progress report – all within a six‑month “Foundation Phase.” The work emphasizes collaborative facilitation, data‑driven planning, and statewide outreach across 13 STEM hubs, requiring experience in education consulting, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
