The San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) is seeking a qualified firm to provide full‑cycle construction consulting services for the 5202 University Avenue affordable senior‑housing project (≈ 99 units, 5‑6 stories). The consultant will support pre‑construction budgeting, cost estimating, schedule development, and contractor selection, then provide ongoing construction administration, change‑order review, payment‑application analysis, and close‑out support.
