Operation and Preservation of the Gideon Putnam Hotel

NY State Parks is soliciting proposals for the improvement, maintenance, preservation, management, and operation, of the historic Gideon Putnam Hotel in Saratoga Spa State Park in Saratoga Springs, NY. Operations include sustainable lodging, and dining services at the Premises commencing for the 2028 operating high season. The Lessee will be responsible for all costs of the operation and pay a fee to State Parks. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Gideon Putnam, LLC
