The Town of Greenwich is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive cleaning services for the Griffith E. Harris Golf Course facilities. The contract covers routine janitorial work in the golf center administration building, public restrooms, clubhouse/restaurants, and maintenance building bathrooms on a multi‑day weekly schedule throughout the golf season and year‑round for the administration office. The initial term is one year (March 1 2027 – Feb 28 2028) with four optional one‑year extensions. Bidders must submit a sealed bid by November 5 2026, attend an optional pre‑bid site visit on October 23 2026, and comply with insurance, tax‑exempt, and FOIA requirements.
