The City of Denton is seeking information from qualified vendors about a comprehensive, standalone Evidence Management System (EMS) that will securely handle physical evidence from intake through final disposition. The RFI is intended to shape a future formal solicitation and will capture high‑level solution capabilities, integration needs, cloud architecture, mobile functionality, audit trails, and user‑friendly workflows for law‑enforcement personnel. Vendors are asked to describe their SaaS offering, security controls, integration with Versaterm Athena and other RMS, barcode‑driven workflows, mobile scanning, chain‑of‑custody tracking, reporting, and support services, as well as provide an estimated cost.
