Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

Based on the total value of the procurement, which is anticipated to be $1,100,000, and the fact that the County may award multiple contracts, the budget for each contract is likely to be in the range of $200,000 to $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the County will award 2-5 contracts, and the actual budget will depend on the scope of services proposed by each organization. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the number of households served, the level of funding required for rental assistance and program operations, and the administrative costs associated with delivering the services.
