Rural Broadband Platform, Three Sites

Iowa State University of Science and Technology is soliciting proposals for the provision of goods and/or services related to a Rural Broadband Platform at three sites: InfoBunker Tower, Boone High School, and Gilbert StoryComm Tower. The project requires the installation of new equipment, and contractors must be Avait certified to ensure all warranties remain intact. The university will evaluate proposals based on the criteria set forth in the RFP documents, and may request additional information or clarification from contractors. The contract will be in the form of an ISU-issued Purchase Order and/or contractual agreement. • The project involves the installation of a new cabinet at the Infobunker site to house required equipment. • Contractors must submit all questions related to the bid opportunity through the "Questions" tab in ISUBid. • A site walk-through of the locations is required to evaluate the sites. • The university may reject any or all proposals and may waive any irregularities, technicalities, or informalities in proposals. • Contractors must register online to receive notices and participate in ISU bidding opportunities.
