Eastern Kentucky University is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive, cloud‑based HR Talent Management Solution that supports the full employee lifecycle. The solution must include modules for position management, applicant tracking, onboarding, performance management, compensation, learning, payroll, and analytics, and must integrate bidirectionally with the university’s Ellucian Banner HR system. The contract will commence on January 1 2028, run for an initial three‑year term (with up to five one‑year renewals for a total possible term of eight years), and requires the vendor to provide implementation, training, and ongoing support services.
