The University seeks a full‑service vendor to operate its campus bookstore, both physical and online, handling textbook acquisition, used‑book buy‑back, merchandise sales, and integration with the school’s ERP system. The contract runs for an initial three‑year term with two optional two‑year renewals, and compensation combines a guaranteed minimum payment with a percentage commission on gross sales. • Operate all bookstore functions (e‑commerce, POS, inventory, staffing, marketing, and campus events support). • Integrate sales and student‑charge data with Ellucian Banner and maintain PCI/DSS and FERPA compliance. • Provide a guaranteed minimum revenue to the university plus a commission on gross sales; submit detailed cost, incentive, and capital‑improvement proposals. • Meet performance metrics such as monthly sales statements, semesterly satisfaction surveys, and real‑time inventory visibility. • Must adhere to Kentucky procurement law, resident‑bidder preference, insurance, background‑check, and sustainability requirements.
