Aggie Memorial Stadium Press Box

The New Mexico State University Procurement Services is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering firm to provide professional services for the renovation and modernization of the Aggie Memorial Stadium press box. The project includes planning, design, and construction administration services. The selected firm will provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services, including architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, fire protection engineering, and technology/AV coordination. The project must be completed before the 2027 football season. • The project includes the renovation and modernization of the existing press box facility. • The project may include the design of new press box elements integrated with the existing stadium seating bowl. • The project will include the selection and coordination of furnishings, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and technology systems necessary to support stadium operations. • The primary goals of this project include planning and assessment of the existing press box facility, renovation and modernization of the press box structure, design documentation for improvements or expansion of the press box facility, integration with the existing stadium structure and seating bowl, modern broadcast and media infrastructure, ADA-compliant access and circulation, durable materials appropriate for the New Mexico climate, and coordination of furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
