The State of Tennessee’s Department of Tourist Development is seeking a qualified vendor to design, fabricate, and install a historic outdoor replica installation—including a bronze plaque—at the I‑81 Bristol Welcome Center to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the 1927 Bristol Sessions. The contract will cover all design, labor, material, equipment rental, finishing, cleanup, and documentation tasks for a single‑award project. Bidders must provide a design sketch, a sample of prior outdoor installations, and standard compliance documents (insurance, revenue registration, etc.). The scope includes removal of existing signage, site preparation, and incorporation of a State‑provided QR code. An optional pre‑bid Microsoft Teams meeting is scheduled, and site visits can be arranged by appointment.
