Description
The Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) seeks a contractor to install an on‑premises Altium Enterprise Server, upgrade its existing Altium licenses to Enterprise level, and validate system interoperability with DMEA networks and engineering tools. The effort includes delivering a fully functional server, providing temporary license upgrades, and documenting validation results. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract with an initial server delivery and up to four annual license‑renewal options through April 2030.
• Install and configure an Altium Enterprise Server on DMEA premises.
• Convert 16 existing network licenses to Enterprise for a 4‑month temporary period and then provide annual renewals (13 licenses first year, 20 licenses each subsequent year).
• Demonstrate interoperability with SolidWorks Professional (mandatory) and optionally with Keysight ADS, CST Antenna Magus, and PCB Doctor.
• Deliver validation documentation and support for the server‑license ecosystem.
• Options for three additional one‑year license renewal periods.
