The County is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a complete exterior re‑siding of the Carrabelle Library. The work includes removing and replacing existing siding, trim, soffit, gutters, downspouts, painting the entire exterior, and rebuilding the porch columns per the provided details. Six unit‑price items are defined for unforeseen conditions such as door or stud replacement. The contract is a lump‑sum bid with a 5 % bid bond, a 60‑day bid‑hold period, and a 120‑day substantial‑completion deadline with liquidated damages of $250 per day.
• Replace siding, trim, soffit, and install matching gutters/downspouts with leaf guards and splash blocks.
