The USDA Forest Service is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide event‑based snow‑removal services for three Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit parking lots during the 2026‑2027 winter season. Work includes plowing and rotary snow‑blowing, with strict morning clearance deadlines and a 24‑hour response window for an on‑call site. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, unit‑price RFQ with a one‑year base period and four optional one‑year extensions.
• Perform morning snow removal when ≥ 4 in. falls (06:30 am at Site 1, 07:00 am at Site 2).
• Provide subsequent clearance by 14:00 if additional ≥ 6 in. falls.
