This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive grounds‑maintenance services—including routine landscaping, fertilization, weed and pest control, sprinkler system startup & blow‑out, and seasonal snow & ice removal—for the Idaho State Police District 1 office in Coeur d’Alene. The contractor must hold a current professional pesticide applicator license, pass background investigations for all personnel, and meet strict response‑time requirements for snow removal. The award will be based on the lowest fully‑burdened total cost submitted on the required price sheet. The contract starts with a one‑year term and may be extended up to three additional one‑year renewals.
