This solicitation seeks a concessionaire to lease and operate a small retail‑storage space and adjacent fenced area at Olmito Nature Park. The awardee will rent and operate non‑motorized water‑recreation equipment (kayaks, paddle‑boards, bicycles) and run a snack‑bar selling pre‑packaged foods, with strict restrictions on glass containers, alcohol, and tobacco. The concession is a five‑year term, renewable only with County approval, and requires monthly rent payments (either a flat annual rate divided by twelve or 10 % of gross receipts, whichever is greater), insurance coverage, detailed financial reporting, and compliance with County policies.
