Solicitation for a Concessions Business Opportunity to Operate Interpretive Tram Tours and Other Services at Shark Valley within Everglades National Park

The National Park Service is seeking a qualified concessionaire to operate a comprehensive visitor‑experience program at Shark Valley in Everglades National Park for a ten‑year period. The scope includes operating interpretive tram tours, bicycle rentals, retail and vending outlets, bicycle and hiker pickup services, and a paddlecraft shuttle service. The contractor will manage all aspects of the operation, including staffing, maintenance, revenue collection, and compliance with NPS policies. • Operate and maintain interpretive tram tours and associated interpretive programming. • Provide bicycle and paddlecraft rentals, plus shuttle services for hikers and cyclists throughout Shark Valley. • Manage retail, vending, and other concession sales, ensuring revenue reporting and adherence to environmental and safety standards.
