Budget estimate

$250,000 – $1,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a budget, but a comparable pediatric interactive‑media installation typically involves a high‑resolution video wall, depth‑sensing cameras, custom software development, licensing fees, and multi‑year support. Assuming hardware costs of $150‑300 k, software development/licensing of $100‑250 k, installation and training of $50‑100 k, and annual support/subscription of $50‑150 k, the total contract value could range from roughly $250,000 for a minimal configuration to $1,000,000 for a fully featured, multi‑year solution. Factors influencing the final amount include the chosen licensing model (subscription vs. perpetual), the extent of custom content creation, and the number of optional features (e.g., character personalization, content updates).
