Fee Machine Subscription Services

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Caracal Enterprises, LLC dba VenTek International for fee machine subscription services. The services are required for eight automated fee machines (AFMs) as part of USACE Lakes and Dams. The AFMs were procured in 2021 and 2024 and have become a key part of the USACE Lakes and Dams, used to provide complete software management systems for revenue collection networks. • The services include real-time machine statistics, passive monitoring, remote machine configuration, and reporting. • All transaction details are automatically uploaded to USACE's individual database via a cloud-based network. • The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. • The government is seeking a sole-source procurement due to the proprietary nature of the software rights owned by Ventek International.
