The contractor must supply a secure, self‑validating digital diploma platform, printable PDF files, high‑volume physical printing on pre‑manufactured diploma paper, and related mailing services, with optional add‑ons for historic records digitization and automated data extraction. The contract is a flat‑rate subscription with two optional one‑year extensions, requiring 99.9 % system uptime, rapid credential delivery, and full compliance with FERPA, CUI, SOC II, PCI, Section 508, and SSO integration.
