Description
The Ramsey County Housing Stability Department (HSD) is seeking qualified respondents to deliver emergency rental assistance and supportive services to eligible households at risk of eviction. Services will be provided through the Financial Clinic connected to Housing Court in the Civil Division of Minnesota’s Second Judicial District, which serves Ramsey County and operates virtually. The goal of this Solicitation is to prevent evictions and homelessness while promoting housing stability for Ramsey County residents.
