Proposal for Commerical Exercise Equipment Replacement Services

The Navajo Nation Special Diabetes Program is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, install, and integrate a complete suite of commercial‑grade cardio and strength fitness equipment at two wellness centers (Dilkon and Window Rock) and to provide staff training and warranty documentation. The contract includes equipment procurement, on‑site installation, optional lease options, and post‑installation support. The vendor must submit four sealed hard‑copy proposals and an electronic copy, meet Navajo procurement requirements, and include detailed floor‑plan layouts, certifications, and references. • Supply and install cardio machines (treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, etc.) and strength equipment (weight machines, racks, benches, etc.) from approved brands such as Life Fitness and Hammer Strength. • Provide training for NSDP staff on equipment use, maintenance, and optional integration with entertainment or internet connectivity. • Deliver comprehensive documentation (narrative, references, certifications, warranty details, layout plans) and comply with Navajo Preference rules if the vendor is a Navajo‑owned business.
