The Anoka‑Hennepin Independent School District #11 is seeking a qualified food‑service equipment contractor to replace conveyor‑type commercial dishwashers at six school sites for the 2027 school year. The contract is firm‑price, requires bid security, and, for contracts of $175,000 or more, performance and labor‑material bonds. Work must begin no earlier than June 5 2027 and be completed by August 12 2027, with each site’s installation finished within one calendar week of start. The contractor must provide full installation, utility rough‑ins, removal of existing equipment, start‑up, and a one‑year warranty.
• Supply, install, and commission six Hobart conveyor dishwashers (various models, sizes 44‑66″).
• Perform all required electrical, plumbing, and structural modifications; remove and dispose of old units.
• Provide 5 % bid security, and for contracts ≥ $175 k, 100 % performance and labor‑material bonds.
• Must meet Minnesota prevailing‑wage statutes, OSHA, and all applicable codes; retain insurance (minimum $1.5 M GL, $2 M auto).
