Contracted Facilities and Event Management Services for Ocean Beach Park

The City of New London is seeking a single prime contractor to operate, maintain, and market Ocean Beach Park for a five‑year term. The vendor must provide full‑service facilities management (cleaning, maintenance, utilities, capital‑improvement planning), develop and execute year‑round event programming, create a branding/marketing strategy, handle staffing, financial budgeting, and community‑stakeholder relations, while complying with local regulations and insurance requirements.
