Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to replace roofs and repair historic facades on Buildings 6 and 7 at the Northport VA Medical Center. The work includes complete roof replacement, extensive masonry repair, drainage upgrades, asbestos abatement, and phased construction to minimize disruption to occupants. The contractor must begin immediately after receiving a Notice to Proceed and finish within 400 calendar days.
