Gwinnett County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive general facilities maintenance and painting services on an annual, competitively‑bid basis. The contract is split into two sections: Section A covers interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, pressure‑washing, sandblasting, and related specialty finishes; Section B covers a wide range of general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, minor concrete work, masonry, drywall installation, and small‑scale remodels (≤ 2,500 sf, $250 k per project). The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with an initial one‑year term and up to four optional one‑year renewals.
