Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to provide on‑call repair, preventative maintenance, and installation services for a wide range of county facilities under an annual contract that may be renewed up to four additional years. The work is divided into two parts: (1) preventative‑maintenance (fixed‑fee) and time‑and‑material repairs for all departments except the Department of Water Resources, and (2) time‑and‑material repairs only for the Department of Water Resources. The contractor must maintain a fleet of service vehicles, staff licensed electricians, and meet strict response‑time requirements.
