Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide two distinct service sections for Gwinnett County: (1) Painting – interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, pressure‑washing, sandblasting, sealing, and related finish work; and (2) General Facilities Maintenance – repair, replacement, minor construction, demolition, and assorted carpentry tasks on county‑owned facilities. The contract is awarded on a lowest‑responsive‑and‑responsible‑bid basis, with an initial one‑year term and up to four optional 12‑month renewals. Vendors must submit sealed bids by the deadline, include all required certifications, maintain a one‑year warranty, and may subcontract up to 75 % of the work with prior approval. Payment is electronic, within 30 days of approved invoice.
