Body Security Scanning System MNDOC St Cloud

The State of Minnesota is seeking a vendor to provide a Whole Body Security Scanning System, including equipment, installation, onsite training, and warranty, for the Correctional Facility in St. Cloud. The contract term is anticipated to be from April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029, with the option to extend up to an additional 18 months. The evaluation process will consider factors such as acceptance of state terms and conditions, warranty, extended warranty, service, onsite training, and cost detail. • The State desires open and fair competition. • Responders must submit their proposals through the SWIFT Supplier Portal. • The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses received. • The State will conduct an evaluation of responses in three phases: review for responsiveness, evaluation of responses, and selection of finalists. • The contract will be awarded based on best value, as determined by the evaluation process.
