Description
The VA Northern Arizona Healthcare System is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive exhaust hood cleaning and inspection services at three VA medical facilities in Prescott, Arizona. The contractor must clean seven kitchen exhaust hoods twice per year, supply all chemicals, tools, and equipment, and deliver photographic documentation and condition reports after each service. Eligibility is limited to Small Disadvantaged Veteran‑Owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSBC) that meet the specified experience and certification requirements, including at least five years of TAB analysis experience and prior contract references. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract with a base year and up to four one‑year options, totaling a possible five‑year performance period.
